At Pega, I led 4 scrum teams to deliver an integration-focused runtime service, supporting the global launch of Pega Launchpad. Pega Launchpad is a completely redesigned version of the original Pega Software, designed with a Cloud-first approach, enabling businesses to quickly design and develop Software as a Service (SaaS) applications.

API Integrations and data management are critical to any application development – how else can you get your information from one system to another? Pega Launchpad users can create custom integrations to their existing API services, or use one of the ready-built connections (DocuSign, SalesForce, box, etc) to ensure their applications are always using the most recent, live data.

As the first Product Manager within the Platform Services Engineering group to contribute to Pega Launchpad, I also spearheaded monthly demonstrations for the entire department. These monthly demonstrations were primarily for the entire group to gain experience presenting and sharing new work, but they were also attended by members of Senior Leadership (other department VPs and the Chief Product Officer).
